Events

The workshop is aimed at members of current or future appointment committees. All status groups are addressed, especially professors. The event is based on an anti-bias approach and guides participants to reflect on their unconscious assumptions in order to consciously shape their professional role. The workshop is designed to be interactive and includes a mix of theoretical input, discussion, individual and group exercises.

The meeting is a good opportunity for Pathways university / doctoral students and the selection committee to get to know each other. We will spend a nice evening together with drinks and snacks and in an informal atmosphere. Please register via chancengerechtigkeit@uni-bonn.de.
