Anti-Discrimination Policy
The University of Bonn values fairness, equal treatment, respectful communication and cooperative behaviour of all employees and students at the workplace and place of study highly. To this end, the University formulates binding guidelines that protect the personal rights of its members and guests and, in the event of conflict, define clear procedures and possible sanctions in case of violations. The University is aware that it can be difficult for those affected by discrimination, harassment or violence to seek support from counseling or complaints offices. It will accompany and support those affected during the complaints process as much as possible.
