Re-Audit "Vielfalt Gestalten"

On November 20, 2024, the ‘Vielfalt Gestalten’ re-audit was performed for the University of Bonn. The re-audit serves to review, consolidate and further develop the diversity strategy and measures developed in the initial audit. It aims to support audited universities in consistently pursuing their specific diversity goals. The peer review serves as a critical and constructive discussion and appraisal of the diversity strategy by external peers. Participants were given the opportunity to contribute their views on the university's process over the past four years.

The "Vielfalt Gestalten" certificate recognises universities that develop concepts and measures for an appreciative, discrimination-sensitive and productive approach to diversity among their students and staff.

Self-evaluation report

Here you can find the University of Bonn's third self-evaluation report on the re-audit "Vielfalt Gestalten". The self-evaluation documents the development of a diversity strategy as well as the formulation and implementation of development goals since the first audit as well as future goals.

10 years of the diversity audit ‘Vielfalt Gestalten’

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Diversity Audit ‘Vielfalt Gestalten’, the Stifterverband interviewed representatives from universities and science as well as people from politics, business and civil society on the questions of what role diversity plays in our society and how the Diversity Audit contributes to the promotion of diversity.
